Check for duplicate entries in the url aliases of opencart:
(same query keyword)

(same query) - Usually you can have errors related to the same queries
SELECT `query`, COUNT(*) FROM `oc_url_alias` GROUP BY `query` HAVING COUNT(*) > 1
