Go to instagram or twitter click on the video you want to download, copy the url of the video and go to Dredown.com, paste the url of the video on the Instagram converter side as seen below
When you paste it just click on Dredown, wait for 5seconds and your video will be ready to download in Mp4 format. They are yet to release mp3 converter but according to them, they are working on it and it should be available soonest.
